Do you think you'll be staying there in the longer term?

I honestly have no idea. I don't really have any plans. I just go where the wind takes me. So far it hasn't taken me anywhere else in almost 12 years!

I do have to stay in this house another two years, at least, or I have to give back the federal rebate money I got last year.
